Strength Training U workouts suck! But they are the most effective workouts I have ever done. In the last year of using STU workouts my 5 rep bench max has gone up 40 pounds, my squat max has gone up 80 pounds and my conditioning has never felt better. I have full confidence when I step into the cage that no one will be stronger or in better shape than I am.

Fighting at Featherweight (145) weight class is my normal fight weight, so when Bellator wanted me to fight in the lightweight (155) tournament, I knew I had to find a way to put on some size. I used the STU workouts to help put on 15 pounds of muscle in 3 months and eventually go on to win the Season 2 tournament. Although I didn’t win the Championship fight with Season 1 Champion Eddie Alvarez, my conditioning was never a problem during our 5 round fight. Now I'm getting ready for the featherweight tournament and have full confidence that STU workouts will help my lean up and win this season too!

Thanks for the workouts STU. I used your workouts from Sophomore year of high school until college. Coming into off season workouts before freshman year of college football I was already staying even with the seniors during our training.
